For the Level 1 ICF (International Coach Federation) credential application you'll want to enroll in the CPC Foundational Zoom Teleclass + ICF Group Mentoring Teleclass.Please find some information below for reference:

HOW THE FOUNDATIONAL PATH WORKS

You first go through the Certified Professional Coach training component. The Zoom teleclass gives you credits toward the BCC and ICF credentials(see more below on these).This foundational training teaches you to coach anyone on anything --- basically, handle anything the client wishes to work on. Here you will learn the core coaching model and communication skills. This will build confidence in knowing you are a professional coach who can handle anything. For example, if a Divorce Recovery Coach is working with someone over a few months and that client realizes that their career negatively impacted their marriage and now they want to be coached to find a new career, you as a Divorce Recovery Coach would not have to hand them over to a Career Coach. Chapters for the following books are downloadable from the Student Center for each class: 1) Professional Coaching Models & 2) WCI's Business Builder Program. To complete this part of the course one would attend the classes, complete the assignments and take the open book final exam. You also gain access to an online Student Center full of resources, Client Forms, and Coach Tools. The CPC Zoom Teleclasses are 48 "live" (Zoom) hours and 34 self-study hours. 60 are approved by the ICF as ACSTH credits for membership or credential application. And all 82 hours are approved as CCE's for the BCC application. Please see further below for more details on using WCI credit hours for the ICF and BCC credential applications.

Once the above is complete you may begin any Niche Add-on courses you have enrolled in (you may enroll in any niche(s) of interest). You will receive a niche password to the niche area(s) of the Student Center.Here you will be asked to download a set of modules and complete the assignments for each niche you selected during enrollment. These modules focus very specifically on your niche audiences, obstacles and approaches. You also will be able to download a set of coach tools that are niche specific. All of this additional information builds on what you have learned up to that point. Each niche earns you 16 hours of self-study coach training credits.

The topics for each niche are located on the certification pages below. At the very bottom of the page it notes the niche specific Topics and Coach Tools. You can also add a niche anytime during or after the course. There's no time limit or deadline to do so.

HOW THE FOUNDATIONAL CPC ZOOM TELECLASS WORKS

Classes are held via teleclass over a Zoom.us. Local numbers are provided (also for international students) or you can log-in with a link on your computer or Zoom app. We find that some students enjoy video, while some prefer not to be on video or simply cannot for all classes.

The 8-Week Zoom Teleclasses run for three hours each, twice per week and not on major holidays. The class is led by two instructors with up to 12 students per class.Classes include an in-class coaching practicum, lecture,discussion, Q&A, career/business development mentoring and a 10-minute break. You may mute yourself or go off of video anytime. You will also be provided with a playback link in case you miss aclass. You can miss up to three classes. Classes are typically scheduled as follows:

Mondays/ Wednesdays 7:30pm ET / 6:30pm CT / 5:30pm MT / 4:30pm PT for 8 weeks

OR Mondays/ Wednesdays 8:00pm ET / 7:00pm CT / 6:00pm MT / 5:00pm PT for 8 weeks

OR Tuesdays / Thursdays 8:30pm ET / 7:30pm CT / 6:30pm MT / 5:30pm PT for 8 weeks

OR Tuesdays / Thursdays 8:00pm ET / 7:00pm CT / 6:00pm MT / 5:00pm PT for 8 weeks

OR Mondays / Wednesdays 11am ET / 10am CT / 9am MT / 8am PT for 8 weeks

OR a 6-Day Intensive 10am-7pm ET / 9am-6pm CT / 8am-5pm MT / 7am-4pm PT for 6 days Mon-Sat

Additional Study

Besides three hours for each class twice per week you should reserve a few hours a week for assignments. The final exam is open book and completed at your own pace.

Missed classes

Missed classes are made up by reading the materials on your own and listening to the playback. To gain full credit for a teleclass course you do need to be present for 13 of 16 classes.

HOW THE FOUNDATIONAL CPC SELF-STUDY COURSE WORKS

As soon as you hit the submit button you will receive email confirmation. Within the enrollment welcome email you will find your log-in for the CPC Self-Study Student Center. You then download all the modules, coach tools and other materials.You then complete all your assignments and submit them by email all at one time along withan open book multiple choice final exam.Thecourse is self-paced. Some complete it in a week and others complete it over several months. It's completely up to you! There's no time limit.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TELECLASS AND SELF-STUDY

The main difference between the self-study program and the teleclass program is That teleclass gives you the following additional benefits:

- ICF & BCC Training CreditHours:60 ICF approved hours and 82 CCE approved hours toward the BCC Credential.These organizations do not accept self-study only courses to apply for their credentials.

- In-Class Coaching Practicum: Coach and be coached. Watch others do the same in a small (12 students) environment. Work with a Training Director and two Instructors. Start logging your ICF client hours.

- Buddy Coaching: Meet with an assigned classmate each week. You coach them for 30 minutes, they coach you for30 minutes. Start logging your ICF client hours. Build a support network and possible partnerships.

- Confidence Score of 9.5 or Higher Out of 10: Due to experience using the coaching model and feedback from a Training Director & two Instructors in a small tele-group setting (12 students per class).- 80 Page Business Builder Manual &In-Class Mentoring / Career Builder In-Class Mentoring (A Business Builder & Career Builder program is also available to self-study students to work on their own).

START WITH SELF-STUDY & UPGRADE TO A TELECLASS

You may always start with the CPC Self-Study course and upgrade to the CPC Foundational Teleclass. If you decide to upgrade to the teleclass version of your course, your self-study tuition payment(s) may be applied as a credit toward your teleclass tuition balance. If you have completed the assignments and final exam for the self-study course, you will not be required to complete the assignments and final exam for the teleclass course if you upgrade. If you are already enrolled in self-study then to upgrade please use the following form and indicate a monthly payment amount you would like chosen from the CPC Teleclass payment plan options. BUSINESS BUILDER + CAREER BUILDER PROGRAM

WCI was the first school to ever offer a Business Builder program. In fact, our school was set up with this integrated into the program to ensure success. It's not just anadd-on which is what the other schools did a few years after WCI. If you enroll in the teleclass you will receive two text books for the teleclass: 1)Professional Coaching Models & 2) WCI's Business Builder Program. You will work the Business Builder Program in each class so that you will have your business up and running with paying clients by the time you finish the teleclass. Mentoring takes place live in the class for each student so you get the added value of listening to each student's next steps, obstacles, solutions and strategies for building their business and the instructor feedback for each student. You work with a Training Director and two Instructors during the course who will support you with any business questions you may have outside of class too. If you follow the programs you will achieve your business income or employment goals. HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN ICF CREDENTIAL USING WCI CREDIT HOURS?

To obtain the Level 1 ICF certification please enroll in the CPC Zoom Teleclass + the ICF Mentoring Zoom Teleclass.

This includes all ICF mentoring and your ICF Performance Evaluation

Then you just take the ICF Exam after you apply for your credential.

Our CCMC Teleclass gives you 52 teleclass credit hours which can be utilized in the ICF portfolio path application.

The process for ICF application with WCI courses is as follows:

ICF REQUIREMENTS

ACC - (Associate): 60hours coach training (only 12 can be self-study and 48 must be "live" (teleclass or in-person))coach training hours; a majority must be on the ICF Core Competencies, 100hours coaching others, 10 hours being coached by an ICF PCC or MCC coach

PCC - (Professional):125 hours coach training (only 25 can be self-study and 100 must be "live"(teleclass or in-person)) coach training hours; a majority must be on the ICFCore Competencies), 750 hours coaching others, 10 hours being coached by an ICF PCC or MCC coach

MCC - (Master): 200hours coach training (only 40 can be self-study and 160 must be"live" (teleclass or in-person)) coach training hours; a majoritymust be on the ICF Core Competencies), 2,500 hours coaching others

COACH TRAINING

The foundational teleclass gives you the coach training hours needed for the ACC.

The CCMC class alone gives you enough for the ACC.

The foundational + CCMC class gives you the coach training hours needed for the PCC.

And we are adding more advanced classes this year for those wishing to go for the MCC.

You would add these classes to the foundational and CCMC class.

CLIENT LOG (template provided with the course)

Then ext requirement is your client log. If you go for the ACC you need to log 100 client hours. The log is a list of your client names, their email addresses,the hours and dates coached and if they were free or paid.

MENTOR LOG (template provided with the course)

The third and final component is 10 hours of mentor coaching over 3 months with an ICF PCC or MCC. You may hire any ICF PCC or MCC. We do have a 30% discounted package for three ICF Mentor Coaches as an option. We recommend waiting until you are at least half-way through the teleclass before hiring a mentor coach. Find out more!

WCI’s ICF MENTOR COACH OPTIONS

When applying for an International CoachFederation (ICF) ACC or PCC credential you need to obtain 10 hours of mentoring over three months from an ICF PCC or ICF MCC coach. 7 of these hours can be from a group setting.

WCI offers a comprehensive five-week ICF Group Mentor Teleclass which includes: 1) ICF application insight and support2) an advanced in-class coaching practicum 3) in-depth look at what will allow one to pass or not pass the credentialing application of their choice 4) and fulfillment of the required Individual ICF Mentoring Sessions Find out More! OPTION 2: ICF MENTORS OFFER 30% DISCOUNTED PACKAGES TO WCI STUDENTS FOR 10 HOURS OF MENTORING

We firmly believe that you should be able to choose your ICF Mentor Coach. If you choose to sign-up with one of our ICF mentor coaches, we have arranged for you to receive a 30% discount on their10-Hour Mentor Coaching Packages. HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE BCC CREDENTIAL USING WCI CREDIT HOURS?

The Board Certified Coach Credential is offered by the Center for Credentialing and Education. Process for Applying for a BCC Credential Using WCI Coach Training Credit Hours:

1. Select the category under which you will apply for aBCC credential.

2. Complete the requirements.WCI Certification All WCI Foundational Teleclasses (82 hours toward the BCC) and the WCI CCMC Teleclass (79 hours toward the BCC) are pre-approved by the CCE for BCC applicationBCC ApplicationBCC Verification of Experience FormBCC Professional Endorsement FormAny Other BCC Requirements based on Application Category 3. Onceapproved to do so, sit for the exam at a local testing center.

4. Receive your BCC credential.

5. Renew every 5 years following the requirements.

HOW THE PAYMENT PLAN WORKS

1. When you selectyour course on the enrollment form choose your plan. No approvals. Noapplication requirements. They are available to all of our students. Choosewhichever one suits you!

2. Your first payment processes the day you enroll.

3. Future payments process every 30 days.

4. When you finish the course you maycall yourself "certified", use the letters behind your name, and usethe graduate seals on your marketing materials and website (even if you stillhave payments to be made!)

5. When your balance is paid in full you will receive your certificatewith your course credits in the mail.

6. You may always pay more than your monthly payment at any time. Andthere's no penalty for early payment.7. There are no hidden fees or costs.Everything is included in the tuition.
